The neoprene base plate and rubber ring have a good amount of stretch, so you can use it with the original Puppy Tail as well as the Woofy version. Its streamlined design makes it perfect to wear with your open-back sports gear. Comes with a 5 cm diameter metal cock ring. This ring can be replaced so you can wear your favorite cock ring with this holder.
If you are at the lower end of the size range, you may have excess leather strap around your waist or on the rear strap. If so, you can use a pair of scissors to trim off any excess you do not need.
