The DL-2373-P Anal Stretcher with Plug features a different design from a traditional speculum. Its three wide, rounded arms come together when closed to form a shaped tip designed for progressive insertion.
Once positioned, the three screws located around the ring allow the arms to be gradually spread apart and the opening to be increased in a controlled manner.
The width and rounded shape of the three arms provide a large contact surface and a different sensation from a speculum with thinner arms. The central opening becomes increasingly accessible as the arms spread apart, making this model particularly suitable for dilation and preparation.
Made entirely from polished stainless steel, the DL2373-P is solid, non-porous and easy to maintain. The metal can also be cooled or gently warmed before use to vary sensations.
As with any mechanical dilation device, the opening should always be slow and progressive, with a generous amount of lubricant. Never exceed a comfortable level and always reduce the opening before removal.
