Bathmate was founded in 2006 by John Oakes, who created the first penis pump to work with water rather than air. This hydraulic technology remains the foundation of all the brand’s current ranges.
The catalog is built around three series. Hydro is the entry-level range, designed for simple, gradual use. Hydromax, launched in 2013, adds a bellows-style pump system with an integrated valve for higher pressure. HydroXtreme completes the lineup with a removable handball accessory, allowing more experienced users to fine-tune the pressure.
Each series is available in several sizes based on erect length, from the most compact format to models suited to more generous anatomies. The pumps are used with warm water, in the bath or shower, to distribute pressure evenly along the entire length.
Bathmate remains a benchmark in this category, with a design fully centered on hydrotherapy and dedicated accessories — such as a shower strap, comfort pads and storage case — included depending on the model.
